Refund and Returns Policy

We want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your Toxon Trading purchase. Here's our policy on returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your children's clothing item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Footie sets that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any items without their original tags
  • Personalized or custom-made children's clothing

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color of a children's clothing item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
